Ryan obtained his Bachelor of Science with distinction, and honours in Genetics, at the University of Western Ontario. He then completed his Bachelor of Law and Juris Doctorate at the University of Western Ontario. During his studies, he participated in the ABA Legal Negotiation Competition and won first place Canada-wide two (2) years in a row. Ryan was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006.
Ryan brings creative problem solving and tenacious representation to all his clients’ matters. From entrepreneurial start-ups to established companies, he understands business challenges on all levels and treats his clients as partners with the joint goal of overcoming obstacles, seizing opportunities and sustaining success. Ryan has developed extensive experience in the Superior Court of Justice and has successfully appeared in complex commercial matters throughout Southern Ontario.
Ryan supports positive youth development through boxing programs. His pro bono work and charitable affiliations include the Victory Charity Ball, which is a boxing fundraiser that fosters opportunities for youth in Toronto who have experienced abuse, neglect and abandonment; the B.A.D.G.E. program that aims to bring kids off the streets by offering free classes and building community connections through boxing; and his sponsoring of Canadian National Champion boxer Joshua Frazer in his future successes and development as one of Canada’s most exciting young boxers.
Ryan is a three (3) time Boxing Champion of the Brawl on Bay Street; and brings that same toughness, commitment and resolve to benefit clients in his legal practice every single day.
Jessica Davidson graduated with her L.L.B from the University of Kent in July 2014. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2018. She is passionate about working in real estate and corporate law, and has extensive transactional experience that spans a broad range all the way from residential home sales to complex multi-national commercial transactions. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
Avi is a creative problem solver and strong advocate. He graduated from Western Law where he was actively involved in its community and advocacy groups.
Before joining Atkinson Law, Avi worked for a large full-service law firm in London, Ontario where he gained exposure to a broad range of legal topics. He has represented clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. He was called to the Bar in 2021.
Avi enjoys brewing beer, cider, and mead. He is an avid back country camper of Ontario and beyond. Avi also enjoys playing the guitar, piano, and searching for good live music.
Saurabh Singhal practises in the area of business law, civil litigation and real estate law. He has strong legal acumen and believes in bringing best results for clients in the most cost effective manner.
Saurabh began his legal career in New Delhi, India, where he worked with the Additional Advocate General’s office in the Supreme Court of India and represented state of Punjab in various civil, municipal, corporate and criminal matters. Saurabh brings his international experience of appearing before courts, briefing and assisting senior lawyers in most complex matters to Atkinson Law Professional Corporation. Prior to joining Atkinson Law Professional Corporation, Saurabh worked with a busy litigation firm in Mississauga, where he gained significant exposure of court procedures in Ontario, assisted lawyers in trial preparation and learnt to develop robust litigation strategies.
Saurabh received his B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from GGS Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India, in 2010 and received Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in April, 2019. He then cleared his licensing exams held by the Law Society of Ontario in June, 2019.
Saurabh is active in the South Asian community in the Greater Toronto Area and regularly helps foreign-trained lawyers with the accreditation process and transitioning into the practice of law in Ontario. He is fluent in Hindi, conversant in Urdu and Punjabi, and well-equipped to understand the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds to drive cost-effective solutions. In his spare time, Saurabh enjoys yoga, variety of music, movies and reading.

Sonny is a resourceful problem solver and a dedicated advocate. He earned his law degree from Queen’s University Belfast, where he actively participated in various community and advocacy initiatives, including Lawyers Without Borders. Sonny was called to the Bar in 2023.
Prior to joining Atkinson Law, Sonny practiced litigation in Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area, and Simcoe County, acquiring substantial litigation experience while regularly attending court. He has successfully represented clients in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal.
In addition to his legal expertise, Sonny fluently speaks Serbo-Croatian and has elementary proficiency in Russian. He also enjoys reading, martial arts, tennis, and cycling.
Global citizen, having lived, worked and studied in four countries and speaking six languages: Danish, Polish, Russian, Japanese and French.
I hold a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the Warsaw School of Economics in Poland and a Master‘s degree in European Business and Law from the Aarhus University in Denmark. I also hold a Law Clerk Diploma from the Canadian Business College.
I am a strategic thinker with 16 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, data analysis and public relations. I am a straightforward team leader with drive, high personal integrity and a strong commitment towards results. I am a risk-taker, motivator, and relationship builder.
For the past twenty years, I have been working on human rights projects with various NGOs against fraud and discrimination, helping victims of war and managing fundraising campaigns for children in Sierra Leone, Togo and Burkina Faso.
As a member of Toastmaster’s Club, I enjoy learning the power of humour in impromptu speaking. I also practice figure skating, rollerblading, and diving.
Jennifer is a senior law clerk with over 20 years experience in the legal field. She began working with Atkinson Law in 2013. She graduated from Algonquin College in 1998 with an Office Administration-Legal diploma. With hard work and dedication, she is currently the recipient of the 2017 E-Legal Business Law Clerk of the Year. She is currently a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. Aside from working in law, she is an outdoors lover!
Gurarjun Toor is completing his L.L.B.(hons.) from the Queen’s University of Belfast and is expected to graduate in May 2021. With the help of his prior education from Western University Engineering and Fanshawe Entrepreneurship, Gurarjun hopes to soon become a proficient Corporate Lawyer. Aside from of his studies, Gurarjun enjoys supporting Toronto sports teams.
Carolina started practicing yoga while in University back in 2000 and has been teaching since 2006. Her studies have taken her around the world and were deeply enriched by experiencing yoga therapy in a clinical setting in Madurai, South India.
Since moving to Canada in 2003, she developed a solid clientele of private one-on-one lessons and large corporations. She is part of the teaching staff at Equinox Yorkville, Roots Yoga, 889 Yonge and runs international retreats.
Carolina manages the wellness program at Atkinson Law, designed to support clients and staff in achieving balance in their lives. We offer yoga & mindfulness coaching, as well as a monthly wellness open house.
